§1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the use of the Screen Golf simulator located at Jarton Shopping Center, ul. Lubelska 78, 05-462 Wiązowna, Poland.

§2. Booking and Access

1. Bookings are made through the Trackman system.
2. After booking, customers receive an access code.
3. Entry after 9 PM and on Sundays is via access code only.

§3. Rules of Use

1. Change of footwear required – please bring comfortable, clean indoor shoes.
2. Golf clubs and balls are provided free of charge.
3. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
4. Use of the simulator while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.
5. Users are responsible for any damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

§4. Payments

1. Payment is required in advance when making a booking.
2. Hour packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
3. Unused hours from packages are non-refundable.

§5. Final Provisions

1. Screen Golf reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions.
2. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish Civil Code.
3. These terms become effective upon the facility opening.
