- These Terms govern the use of the self-service Screen Golf simulator facility and the electronic services provided through screengolf.pl.
- Key definitions: Client – anyone making a Booking or using the Facility; Consumer – a natural person acting outside their trade or profession; Bay – the playing area with the TrackMan iO simulator; Booking System – the external online booking system provided by TrackMan, available from screengolf.pl and in the TrackMan Golf app; Booking – a paid reservation of the Bay for a given date and time slot; Access code – the code opening the entrance door and starting the Bay, tied to a specific Booking.
- These Terms are available free of charge in a form that can be downloaded, stored and printed.
- Making a Booking means you have read and accepted these Terms.
§ 2. Nature of the facility
- The Facility is unstaffed and open 24/7. There is no reception and no staff on site.
- The unit is located inside a shopping gallery. Outside gallery opening hours access is still fully available – you enter using a code, as described in § 4(2).
- Your Booking gives you and your guests exclusive use of the Bay for the time slot you paid for.
- Contact is remote – by phone or email. We aim to respond promptly, but outside 8:00–21:00 response times may be longer.
- We may temporarily close the Facility or the Bay for servicing, faults, software updates, utility outages or force majeure. Affected Bookings are settled under § 5(6).
§ 3. Booking and payment
- Bookings are made online only, through the Booking System available from screengolf.pl or in the TrackMan Golf app. We do not take phone bookings or walk-in sales.
- Only adults with full legal capacity may make a Booking.
- The contract is concluded when the confirmation of a paid Booking is sent to the email address you provided.
- Payment is made in advance and electronically, through the payment provider integrated with the Booking System. No cash payments are accepted on site.
- All prices are gross prices including VAT. The prices shown in the Booking System at the moment of booking are binding; prices on screengolf.pl are indicative.
- Peak and off-peak hours and current rates are set out in the price list. We may change the price list for the future – changes do not affect Bookings already paid for.
- Invoices are issued on request. Please provide invoicing details no later than at the time of booking.
§ 4. Access codes and your visit
- After payment you receive by email a full set of access codes:
- the Screen Golf unit door code,
- the Bay activation code,
- the shopping gallery door code – needed only when the gallery is closed.
- The facility is located inside a shopping gallery. During gallery opening hours you simply walk in and the gallery code is not needed. After 21:00 and on Sundays, when the gallery is closed, you open its entrance door with the code we send you – the Screen Golf unit is behind that door. Please keep this code: without it you cannot reach our door.
- Codes become active 15 minutes before your slot and expire when it ends.
- The Bay cannot be started before your slot begins and switches off automatically when it ends – please allow a few minutes within your slot to tidy up and leave.
- The access code is tied to your Booking and intended for you and your guests. Sharing the code with third parties is prohibited.
- You are responsible for anyone you bring in or who enters using your code – see § 11.
- You can extend your session only if the next slot is free, by paying for another Booking in the Booking System.
- When leaving, take your belongings, tidy the Bay and make sure the door is properly closed.
§ 5. Changes, cancellations and right of withdrawal
- The 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply. Under Article 38(1)(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, that right does not cover services related to leisure, entertainment, sporting or cultural events where the contract specifies a date or period of performance. You are informed of this before booking.
- Regardless of the above, you may change or cancel your Booking free of charge up to 12 hours before it starts – the full amount is refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance, and no-shows, are not refundable. As a goodwill gesture and subject to availability we may offer an alternative slot, but we are not obliged to.
- Changes and cancellations are made in the Booking System or the TrackMan Golf app.
- Refunds are made using the original payment method within 14 days.
- If we cannot deliver your Booking for reasons on our side (fault, maintenance, power outage, force majeure), you may choose a new slot or a full refund. This does not limit any further claims you may have.
- If a fault occurs during play, please call us immediately. We will settle the unused time proportionally – by refund, extension or voucher, as you prefer.
§ 6. Hour packages and vouchers
- A package is a prepaid pool of playing hours charged at the package rate in the price list.
- Packages and vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase. A package is tied to your account in the Booking System; a voucher may be redeemed by the bearer.
- Package hours are booked under the ordinary rules in § 3 and § 5.
- Before expiry you may request a free three-month extension, once, by emailing kontakt@screengolf.pl. We will not refuse such a request without good reason.
- We send a reminder at least 14 days before a package expires.
- Hours unused after expiry (including any extension) lapse. Packages and vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If a voucher is lost, we will issue a duplicate on proof of purchase, provided it has not already been redeemed.
§ 7. Coaching
- We may offer individual or group golf lessons with a qualified instructor. Lessons are a separate service with their own price list.
- Lesson times are arranged individually. § 5(2)–(5) applies to changes and cancellations unless agreed otherwise.
- Running paid lessons, training sessions or commercial filming in the Facility by third parties requires our prior written consent.
§ 8. Facility rules
- Indoor shoes are mandatory. Please bring clean sports shoes with flat, light-coloured soles. Metal-spiked shoes and outdoor footwear are not allowed in the Bay.
- Club sets and balls are provided free of charge with your Booking. Please return them to their place after play.
- Use only the balls we provide or your own – clean, undamaged and free of markers, paint or stickers, which damage the impact screen.
- Hit from the mat only, towards the screen, keeping the marked distance. Hitting the screen from close range or playing outside the marked area is prohibited.
- Alcohol and drugs, being under their influence, smoking, e-cigarettes, heated tobacco products and similar devices are strictly prohibited.
- Non-alcoholic drinks in closed containers are fine. Please do not eat meals in the playing area and put waste in the bin.
- Animals are not allowed. This does not apply to assistance dogs accompanying people with disabilities, in line with Polish law.
- Do not change equipment settings – projector, computer, radar, cameras – beyond the options in the game interface.
- Do not bring dangerous objects or behave in a way that endangers people or property.
- Please follow the instructions and signage in the Facility and any instructions we give remotely.
- We may deny access and cancel a Booking of anyone seriously breaching these Terms, in particular endangering safety or damaging property. In such a case the unused time is not refunded.
§ 9. Safety
- Golf carries a risk of injury. Please warm up and play within your ability.
- Nobody may stand in the hitting zone or in front of the player. Guests wait in the seating area and must not approach a player mid-swing.
- You are responsible for assessing your own health and any contraindications to physical exercise. If in doubt, consult a doctor.
- In an emergency call 112 and notify us on +48 515 707 767.
- The first-aid kit, fire extinguisher and escape routes are marked in the Facility. Please note where they are when you arrive.
§ 10. Minors
- Only an adult may make a Booking, and that adult is responsible for the visit.
- Children under 16 may use the Bay only under the continuous supervision of an adult present in the Facility.
- People aged 16–18 may use the Bay with the consent and under the responsibility of the adult who made the Booking.
- The supervising adult is responsible for their safety and compliance with these Terms.
§ 11. Liability
- You are liable for damage caused through your own fault or the fault of people you brought in or who entered using your access code, on general Polish Civil Code principles.
- Please report any damage you notice – whatever its cause – immediately by phone or email.
- We are liable for non-performance or improper performance of the service on general principles. Our liability towards Consumers is not limited or excluded beyond what the law allows.
- We are not liable for belongings left in the Facility – there is no staffed cloakroom or deposit. This does not cover damage caused by our fault.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for personal injury or for damage caused intentionally.
§ 12. CCTV
- The Facility is monitored by CCTV covering the entrance and playing areas. It does not record sound and does not cover toilets or changing areas.
- The purpose is the safety of people and the protection of property (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Recordings are kept for a maximum of 30 days and then overwritten, unless they serve as evidence in proceedings.
- Details are in our Privacy Policy; a notice is also posted at the entrance.
§ 13. Complaints
- Complaints can be sent to kontakt@screengolf.pl or in writing to the address in § 1.
- Please include your contact details, the booking number, a description of the problem and what you expect us to do.
- We respond within 14 calendar days, on a durable medium – usually by email.
- If we do not respond within that period, a Consumer's complaint is deemed accepted.
§ 14. Out-of-court dispute resolution
- Consumers may use out-of-court procedures, in particular mediation by the Voivodeship Trade Inspectorate, the permanent arbitration court attached to it, or assistance from a district consumer ombudsman or a consumer organisation. Information is available from the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection: uokik.gov.pl.
- Using these procedures is voluntary and requires both parties to agree.
- Please note that the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was shut down on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 and is no longer available.

§ 16. Personal data
The data controller is the service provider named in § 1. How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
§ 17. Final provisions
- Polish law applies. This does not deprive a Consumer of the protection of mandatory rules of the country of their habitual residence.
- We may amend these Terms for valid reasons: changes in law, in the scope or manner of our services, in the Booking System or technology, or for safety reasons. Amended Terms are published at least 14 days in advance.
- Bookings made before an amendment takes effect are governed by the Terms in force on the booking date.
- If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
